From The Barrel - Thank You Team!

It was a great night last night at From The Barrel - An Evening of Bourbon, Beer, and Port at Santa Margarita Ranch - thanks to Chef Neil Smith, Sous-chef Darrell Janes, Ashley Davis our Events Coordinator. Neil served flat iron paninis with bleu cheese, bacon, arugula and kalamata aioli. Then Mano de Leon scallops with mango aioli wasabi caviar and Asian micro greens on banana leaves. Phenomenal!
